Low budget…so what, it explains in simple terms what it is about. There is no direct correlation between amount of spending on an advert and the quality.
And how could you make a reccommendation on something you haven’t even used? Idiocy…

Came here because of spam.
With such a low budget intro, i would not use this service.
And now i understand why they would spam for promotion.
I would be embarrassed recommending this to anyone
Did they make this vid on a Atari….

If you want to monetize your expertise and your network, you should instead focus on joining and improving your ezdia network. It helps you secure projects.

Linkedin is an excellent networking tool.

how come Linkedin didn’t have the connections to make a video in flash animations rather then a bunch of stop motion tills with dorky paper dolls hahaha

Why? I need to decide whether it’s worth it or not.

I’ve never used either, why do you think they suck?

LinkedIN is a very good tool for networking. Another similar networking tool eZdia takes it to next height in securing you freelancing jobs.

LinkedIn does something that companies like Visible Path did eons ago. Both of them suck !!!

Then all of your peers and you just made a skeleton profile and didn’t tap into each other for anything. It’s not a chain letter.

great video..

While linkedin as a professional networking tool is good, it does not solve much purpose. Instead, take a look at eZdia – another networking tool. eZdia has the concept of knowledge bucket. eZdia allows knowledge to be shared and you can offer your expert help. You may like to check eZdia if you have not done yet.

LinkedIn is so much better for business than Facebook or MySpace. I appreciate the intelligent members that don’t post their favorite music video or what they’re doing after washing their car. Great responses to questions, too. No “that sucks,…” comments.

linkedin sucks,…

Talkbiznow has every single tool, and I mean every single tool a business needs from a calendar to webinars to free advertising of their products. Best of all, it’s FREE. I see Talkbiznow to be the most promising professional and business networking platform to ever grace the internet. After all, it all boils down to quantity vs. QUALITY.
January 23rd, 2010 at 9:12 AM
I’m on Linkedin, and in my humble opinion, Linkedin is all about quantity but not so much about quality. I connect with my peers, and then it ends right there and the activity dies out.

I love the simple graphics and simple explanation! I’ll send this to all my friends who only created a skeleton profile and have less than 10 contacts!

I have just been invited to join this professional network my profession being I own a website for men who wear lingerie, you laugh but I would probably have the biggest network on there and yes I did consider accepting until I read the agreement and the part about all info and data you generate in the site they can keep use in whatever way they like, the user loses all rights over copyright etc

Common Craft FTW!!

I used Linkinedin to network and already my 1st connection is denying me on connecting with his 2nd connection. Very discouraging when you cannot get networking to start off on the right foot during this recession. Really It’s about who you know at work and really, you better be good freinds!!
